All families should sign for a Crusader Cash account, and keep it current in order to purchase items in the Cafeteria or Prep Shop. Please note that all monies added can take 1-2 days to show up in your son’s account. You can also add money to your son’s account in Riordan’s Prep Shop from 2:00 – 5:00 pm daily.
Athletic Season Passes

Schoology for Parents
Schoology is an important learning management system used here at Riordan. Teachers use Schoology to communicate with students and to post assignments. Students use Schoology to review assignments due, to find important class information, and to communicate with their teachers and other students. Schoology is also a valuable tool for parents and guardians that gives you access to view and keep track of your son’s courses and assignments, as well as allowing you to communicate with other parents and guardians.
We are encouraging all parents to sign up for a Schoology account. You will receive a Parent Access code at Back to School Night from your son’s instructors.
If this is your first time setting up a Schoology account, please follow the instructions here and visit this link to sign up. If you created an account last year, you do not need to create a new account. Once you have an account, please join the Parent Association group. This group will give you access to other parents and allow you to post questions, notices and information for one another.
We request that all families volunteer 20 hours per year. Volunteering is a great way to help the school and get involved. We understand that the ability to volunteer will vary with each family, and we simply ask that each family do whatever they can to support school activities. We ask parents to self-report volunteer hours via our portal which can be found here.

Re-enrollment for Current Families
The deadline to re-enroll for the 2018-19 school year is May 1, 2018. There is a two-step process to register. Please complete the following steps.
Step 1: Re-enroll Online in PowerSchool
All parents must confirm/update demographic information in PowerSchool. The link is https://riordan.powerschool.com/public/
Once you have entered PowerSchool:
• Click on the Bio Update Link
• Check the box and complete the forms that are presented and submit. (Most of your work will simply be verifying that the information that we already have is up to date.)
If you are having trouble accessing your Parent/Guardian PowerSchool Account, please email our PowerSchool Manager, Mr. George Cockrell, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, your son’s name, and contact information, and he will get you the information you need to complete the process.
Step 2: Complete Tuition Agreement and Pay Registration Fee in TADS
You will have until May 1 to complete your tuition agreement online and pay the $1,000 registration fee via the TADS system. Tuition billing can be set up with one installment, two installments or 10 installments (for a small fee). Look for an email, sent from TADS, that will provide you with detailed information to complete this process and set up your agreement. A new tuition agreement must be completed prior to the start of each school year.
The registration fee can be paid online (via Credit Card or Electronic Check) or in person at the Finance Office (via Credit Card, Cash or Check). However, regardless of payment method, all families must complete the re-registration process online before students will be allowed to return to school for the coming school year.

If your son did not receive a class schedule for the coming school year, please call the Finance Office at (415)586-8200 ext. 227 to complete your tuition payments for the current school year.
